The Boxing Hare - Chipping Norton

The boxing hare was very friendly with friendly local nice helpful staff who explained some aspekte of the menu, helped my very fussy 84 year old dad and after my dad held a good pint. what more can they want to eat was hot tasty and plentiful, they served amazing brot boiled n their space so fresh so delicious

Eating was excellent, but we will probably not go back when we hear that the service has improved. our table was booked for 7.15 clock and we waited an hour before our order and then an hour before our arrival. to be fair, some of our party came 15 minutes too late and we apologized since we know this can cause problems for the personal. we would have estimated a declaration or apologies for the delay. When our dessert menu came, we all felt that it was too late to eat one, so we don't order. it was a shame when we all agreed that eating was excellent.

Eating was really good. the house front was on the day unfortunately in a small chaos. assumed they were just a little short on the staff.

Very pleasant meal of the twice cooked cheese soufflé was amazing as the fish soup - it is hard to impress my man and he said he would go again only for the suppe! I love the Chilean merlot very nice.

Exceptional food...everything we tried over the course of two dinners was memorable.
