On both of the last 2 occasions I’ve visited McDonald’s on Clifford Street after midnight, the tills and electronic ordering kiosks have been out of order, there has been nobody at the till on the front desk because they prioritise the drive thru customers, the staff are like minimally-trained chimps with seemingly zero regard for customer service. If you’re going to advertise yourself as a fast food restaurant that sells food 24/7, at least make a small effort to abide by this. Absolute shambles, basically. Do your job properly
Just bought this Big Mac meal and was so disappointed! what do you call big about this?it’s just a double cheese burger with different sauce what a rip off will defo be going to Burger King in the future
I clearly have not learned from last time!!!! Another trip to McDonald’s Chorley drive thru to be made to park up and wait. Then get home to find items missing. I mean how hard is it!!!!! Really what training is required to check the correct order into the bag.
Ordered two happy meals to take out .. got home to open them for the kids and no fries in either. Absolutely shocking. Kids run the place and there is obviously no one checking their work . Wont be using again.
