Avaliação da contribuiçãoThere is no gluten-free menu, but because it is traditional Peruvian food, it is usually gluten-free. I had two types of anticuchos (meat skewers) served with corn and potatoes. We had also filled a dish of shredded chicken and vegetables in an avocado. Finally we had the Suspiro a la Limña: a traditional dessert of fruit mousse/compote with Meringue. I noticed they had other gluten-free desserts like Crema asada (crème brûlée).
