Portly Penguin Pizza - Christina Lake

The restaurant only offers one size of pizza, which can be expensive for a family. It would be great to have the option of medium and large sizes, like most places do. However, as two seniors, one pizza was almost enough for both of us.

My wife and I have had a total of 6 pizzas from Portly Penguin 2 visits, 3 pizzas each time. We can honestly recommend every one of them: Butter Chicken; Meat Lover; Cheese Lover; Pepperoni Pineapple, Pepperoni mushroom; Double pepperoni double cheese. I would expect that the rest of the menu items are equally good, and look forward to trying some others if we pass this way again. The pizzas we had were delicious both hot and cold. The restaurant is run by a lovely young couple.

One size fits all. Only one size is offered. Takeout order involving 4 pies, each different. All were devoured. Something close to a deep dish pie. Great taste, no scrimping, would order again without hesitation.

This restaurant is perfect for those lazy days when you don't feel like cooking. Even though I'm not a big fan of pizza, I have to admit that Portly always made a delicious one. The new owners have taken it to the next level. There is a great selection of pizzas to suit everyone's preferences.

Their vegan pizzas are excellent and they didn't charge extra for the vegan cheese. Friendly service and very accomodating
