Avaliação da contribuiçãoOrdered a chicken curry and butter chicken with Keema naan on Uber eats Keema naan came with small bricks of lamb rather than “mince” as described and how everyone else serves it. Was lacking the spices it promised too Butter chicken was swimming in oil, and tasted very different from any other BC I’ve had Chicken curry had good flavour, but both curries had way too much oil and stingey on meat I’m usually satisfied with a foodcourt butter chicken, so my bars rather low but spices still need to up their game to hit the mark Food: 3
Disgusting. We received this oily, watery tragedy from spices. After paying close to 60 dollars for two curries and naans we were extremely disappointed. We took a few bites and threw both our meals out. To make matters worse, the curries were onnly just over half full. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$40–50 Food: 1
Food is good depending on who the chef is. We enjoy the madras curry. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
Had a lamb vindaloo with a keema Naan and asked a hot hot. Absolutely banging Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Tried again after a couple of years based on other reviews and remembered why we don't go there. Although the chicken was well cooked the sauces for all three curries we bought were really bland and flavorless. Somehow managed to make steamed rice also flavorless as well. Butter chicken was too sour (too much tomato paste? and the jalfrezi had a random mix of non standard vegetables in it which were crunchy and just seemed weird and out of place. The saag paneer was ok as were the Naans. Meals were cooked in good time but if you're after a decent traditional Indian curry there are much better options around the area or via uber eats. Overall pretty disappointing.
