Falco's Pizza - Cicero

I ordered for take out and the pizza was hot and perfect. Small location, takes time but it is worth the wait ! The phone girl is the sweetest! I will definitely order again.

No social distancing no one wearing masks small long wait will not answer the phone for order line busy I guess the pizza was good if you like sausages and pork I just had mushrooms

Only cause I have a credit for a burnt,dried out pizza that I received tonight will I order from Falco's again. I've been getting my pizza from them for yrs. You really disappointed me tonight.

So basically I did a reorder for a extra large sauge and cheese pizza and they sent pepperoni instead. Long story short I called the restaurant and the young lady said she'll credit me my correct order to be delivered at another date because they didn'thave the driver's at the time. I called today and the manager told me I was only $15 dollars and that was it. I spent 50 on thepizza including delivery and tip. The young lady basically lied to me and didn't give me her name that day. She only gave me themanager name. When I spoke to the manager today she was rude and uncooperative. I love their pizza but I will not be orderingagain. They messed up and now they don't want to own up to it. Customer service goes a long way and these workers dropped theball big time. I'm angry but it's ok. They've lost a loyal custome.

Not ordering from here again ???? Placed an order for pick up since delivery was over an hour for it to arrive. Went to pick up the food, they charged me for my order, then they say, my pizza was accidentally given to someone else. Why would I not be toldthat before you charge me for it?? Now they have me waiting in my car for 30 minutes while it?s made and cooked. The girlsresponse when I told her this is a huge inconvenience, she would give me 10 dollars off my next order?..???? Why not make thingsright with this order so I can even CONSIDER placing another one in the future??? It gets worse, we get our food come home?.Pizza is not made the way we order it (we?ll done), I get 2 orders of onion rings and 1 fry (when it suppose to be the other wayaround) and the gravy bread is pieces of onions with water splashed on it (not gravy) because it did not taste ANYTHING likegravy bread (I threw it away after the first bite I took and spit out int he same container). Finale, it was my idea and Iconvinced my family to order from here since our favorite pizza place, Nonos, was closed today. SHOUT OUT TO NONOS FOR NEVERBEING A DISSAPOINTMENT!!!
