Sonic Drive-in - Cincinnati

We went to our mini holiday, the service was great, the food was fresh and tasty! The service was fast, the carhop was out I was not time with our order, we would definitely visit again!

The service was amazing!!! The food was hot and fresh, the workers were polite and had wonderful gentlemen!!! Very impressed! Great work.

Had a few chili eyes.... Great, though it looked like 2 different types of dogs were used!!!!

Best chicken club I had for a long time tried an ice cream loop. I'll be back more often than the usual once a year!

I would just like to say, Alana, (drive thru) is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and kind. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. So, while ordering, I accidentally said I wanted a large Coke with cherry. When I got to the window, I realized what I had said. I knocked on the window because I didnt want them to make it and waste it. She walked to the window with a smile. I told her what I accidentally said and apologized to her. She told me there was no need to apologize, not to be sorry and she will take care of it...again with a smile on her face. It's late, after 10:30. I'm sure she has had a long day but she continues to smile and be kind. It's contagious because she made me smile after having a rough day. Keep doing what you are doing, Alana. I appreciate you!
