Alan's Black and Tan is outstanding! I absolutely adore the caramel and chocolate sauces.

I almost always order the caramel craze because it’s absolutely incredible. It features homemade ice cream, caramel, and whipped cream! So delicious!

The ice cream melted quickly and turned into a soupy mess as soon as we drizzled warm chocolate sauce over it. It should have been a hot fudge instead of just chocolate sauce. Additionally, the ice cream came in a non-insulated plastic hot dog container, which was quite disappointing. We only received three scoops for the Marie's Hot Fudge, making it a very pricey choice. Overall, it definitely did not match the experience of dining in the restaurant!

They raised their prices AND made their to go ice cream tubs a lot smaller than they used to be before inflation hit hard. Also I'm tired of ordering from here and at least 1 thing is missing and/or wrong.

I ordered banana split and it was not good at all. The chocolate ice cream was grainy, there wasn't enough topping, and the banana was very old, over-ripe and mushy, and the price was EXTREMELY high. YUCK!
