La Bussola - CITTIGLIO

Last year here. the hotel was really cut off, but the people were nice. I wanted to book this year again a room for one night, but they tried to overload me to €30 (google and booking.com specified €62 per night; la bussola clerk wanted €90), when I circled back and tried to sort the things by clarifying that a child would not sleep on an extra bed, but in his own travel bed she held the communication and so I pulled a room in a beautiful, quite new four-star hotel.

Really more comfortable place. the owner is very friendly and hospitable, eating is good and there is a lot of local food or Italian specialties. they can taste the quality. they have a very nice and cozy garden and a beautifully decorated villa that completes the romantic atmosphere of the whole place. recommended for 2 or even for events.

There were dust everywhere, toilet was dirty, there were bugs in the bed sheets

Terrible. Please go to camping or stay at home. Awkward employees owner, no hospitality and very poor food. We checked early out.

Not stayed there, I reserved only the nomination of New Year, excellent service , plentiful dishes and delicious.compliments for the service and kindness of the staff.
