Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe restaurant has relocated from the ground floor to the first floor in order to undergo renovations. It is now situated in a windowless room that, despite being nicely decorated, feels quite cramped and can become noisy when busy. The restaurant appears to be understaffed, as although the employees are friendly, they seem to be struggling to keep up with the workload. It often requires multiple requests to have tasks completed, and there was a significant wait for someone to take my order. Overall, the dining experience was not smooth and did not meet the expectations typically associated with the Four Seasons.
The outdoor terrace seating at this restaurant is nice and elegant, but I don't plan on returning. I found the restaurant host to be very rude as they initially refused to seat us outside or inside the restaurant despite it being only 10% occupied. After some arguing, they finally gave us a table outside with a very unpleasant attitude. The waiter, on the other hand, was friendly and helpful. The appetizers we ordered (Tomato soup, carpaccio, and salad) were all good. However, the main dishes (Risotto, tomato pasta, and lobster linguine) were served cold and would have been better if they were warm. We chose not to complain because we just wanted to finish our meal and leave. Overall, this experience left us feeling disappointed and unsure of the reason for the poor service, but it came off as snobbish and rude.
The food was fantastic, especially the beef filet which was definitely worth the price. The service was professional and attentive, although a bit slow. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
Booked this restaurant situated in the amazing four seasons hotel for my birthday, me and my young family were apprehensive as it was a very high market establishment, but from the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with open arms, the food was incredible and the service was fantastic, especially Peter and Fran, they were great with my children and made my day very special, highly recommend this restaurant, will definitely be going back.
I ate here with my wife last night and overall had a nice meal. The restaurant is nicely decorated and comfortable although surprisingly wasn’t that busy considering it was a Saturday evening. I felt that the waiters push for me to order the pricier wine was the wrong side of forward and didn’t necessarily feel like he was listening to me. We both had soufflé for starters which were delicious. For mains my wife ordered the turbot and I the lobster linguine the linguine I had to send back, the sauce didn’t taste very fresh and lacked a lobster sauce flavour that was promised. I then changed it for the turbot too which we both thought was very good, although maybe slightly overpriced for what you get. I would go back but not necessarily in a hurry.
