Terrible staff especially the manager Very rude We had a key for the disabled toilet and his attitude towards us using it was absolutely awfull Avoid the place at all costs

Terrible place, we visited at 1130pm for takeaway and the upstairs toilets were closed, the downstairs disabled wc was locked I asked to use this and the 2 rude security guards said no, that’s illegal. No apology nothing. Not American service here!

The food was piping hot when we picked it up, the restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. Despite how busy the restaurant was, all the food we ordered was hot and delicious.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I tried to cancel my order and the employee I spoke to was unhelpful and did not resolve my issue. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I was disappointed that I couldn't bring my emotional support boa constrictor into the fast food chain for his happy meal at McDonald's. However, Pizza Hut allowed us in, which I appreciated.
