La Suite West

We stayed for one night. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well. The only problem was the loud walking and thudding noises from upstairs in the late evening. Fortunately, it eventually quieted down so we could sleep. Other than that, the location and hotel were lovely.

My husband and I visited London for the first time and the service at this restaurant was outstanding! The room was cozy and when we arrived it was a bit cold, but it was quickly fixed. The management was amazing, providing excellent service and catering to our needs perfectly. They made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Mogtaba and Hassan, you guys were fantastic and ensured we had a great stay. The hotel is reasonably priced, with the underground station just a minute away. Thank you again, we can't wait to come back in the winter! AJ

We received a gift voucher for a vegan afternoon tea for Christmas. The food was delicious, but the service was lacking. We had trouble getting the attention of the few waiters available, as they seemed to be serving multiple restaurants and would disappear for long periods of time. Our waitress forgot milk for the tea, and by the time we got her attention, the tea had gone cold. The second pot of tea took so long to arrive that we had already finished our food. I would recommend this place to a friend with the hope that this was just a one-time issue. I would only consider returning if I was assured that there would be enough staff on duty.

I found my room was small but very practical and decent value for money. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The location is very close to the tube. The only downside was the doors slamming in the corridor at night.

I enjoyed our stay in this hotel, there was a lot to see and do in walking distance of the hotel, the people were very friendly and nice, I would recommend it to stay again.
