This Dunkin needs to step up their customer service. There is a trend in NYC of understaffed restaurants and stores in Predominantly black areas. This needs to stop. We should not endure longer wait times than other citizens.

I walked in and the employee saw me and walked to the back. I waited for about 2 minutes listening to the employees chatter. I walked out. This is not my first time at this dunkin and the service is consistently poor.

Let me say this:1. The ladies at this store are wonderful! just basic mannerisms is all I ever ask for)2. They make my drink and food perfect each time. iced coffee shouldn't be filled with ice) and the food should be hot with crisp bacon!3. Donuts stay fresh! Most places you go, by 11 the donut isn't as good4. It's so clean! I've been to this location a few times and the service has just been great I had to take time out to post about it.

Never have what you want. Don’t serve food two hours before closing …
