Avaliação da contribuiçãoStopped for a quick cappuccino but they were out of lattes. The young man working went above and beyond to make me a delicious coffee instead!!! I was impressed with how fast the service was as well!
I have been there 4 times and every time my order has been wrong and I have had to wait in excess of 10 minutes when there were 2 people or less ahead of me with small orders. I ordered a coffee and a wake up wrap each time I went except once when I ordera coffee and two wake up wraps. Both going inside or the drivethru, same thing. My longest wait was 20 minutes and I wasinside. One person ahead of me, 2 went through the drivethru and there were at least 4 employees. The wake up wraps were cold,had the wrong meat or had cheese when I asked for no cheese. They repeated the orders back to me and I corrected them if it waswrong and still received the wrong and cold items. Never again, don?t go there. They are however excellent at FaceTiming friendswith lengthy conversations that aren?t about important things (ie sick family or childcare) and posting selfies while customerswait.
Line seems kind of slow but maybe someone had big order ahead of me. They got my bagel w/cream cheese right, was toasted perfectly.
Never been here before but the EFFORT they put into my drink has me blown away, I'm always nervous to go to a new Dunkin' but the way they made my drink...Beautiful! Chef's kiss fr fr ???????????? and the cashier was dope with super great vibes, 10/10will go here again!
Did a mobile order because I was late for work and I specifically clicked walk-in so I wouldn?t have to wait in the Drive-Thru lane. I come to the store and the doors are locked, they told me it?s Drive-Thru only and it was not mentioned in their app,Google maps, or their website. I couldn?t cancel my drink and was late for work
