Avaliação da contribuiçãoSaw it on Netflix Feed Phil) and had to try. Wait about 10 minutes at 18:00 because of the line. When we got the pizza, they surprised because they were smaller and less cheesy than the show. Pizza was still very good and cheap $280 Pesos for Mozzarella. Look.
Of course, this place is popular with locals and tourists. And it's worth it! While the place itself is not to write at home, we took our pizza to go and had a picnic in the park over the next block. Since I came to Argentina, the Fugazzeta Pizza is my favorite, I think the Mezzetta version has been my favorite.
Like others, we were inspired to come here from the Man Feed Phil episode. The French fugazzetta pizza did not disappoint us at all. So delicious! It was about a 30-minute drive by taxi/drive from our Hotel San Telmo in midday traffic, but worth the trip. We tried the same kind of pizza in another place later in our trip and it was nowhere near as La Mezzetta (not to mention the other pizzas we have seen in other restaurants that do not look almost as good.
On “Some Feed Phil” and after review reviews, this made a must see during our visit. We went at 1:00 and it was very busy. You run up, order/pay, then go to the man who cuts the cakes and gives Hi. Your reception. Place only with some wall tables around the edge. A few seats outside. You can order slices or whole cakes. We ordered the Fuggazetta for 60 Pesos a piece is AWESOME, kitschig and fill. A completo for 70 pesos ordered, and they put some ham and red paprika on. TIP: Bring your own napkins as those there are papers that don't work!
AMAZING!!!!! so freaking delicious a great pizza and a must do in Buenos Aires. Get the fuguzetta we went back for 2nds. The wait is worth it.
