A very small restaurant in the polanco area, next to lincoln park, which makes a beautiful walk after lunch. the food was good, the menu changes every week and it has a nice rude feeling to it, dishes vary from very local farewell, like...albondigas and ropa vieja (pulloved pork) to some dings a little more demanding but with poorer execution (like a pommegranate persian inspired dish that fell a bit flat taste). the prices are not exaggerated and the wine, although by no means large, was acceptable. (there is no wine list, only the house wine). desserts were better, but also a little polish. the biggest part was the service. the waiter (there is only one) hastened to order us, waited not to answer after we had asked, could not answer many of our asking, made mistakes that explain some of the dishes and was generally not very pleasant. I think he had a bad day, but still, not terrible, but could improve a lot. would not recommend a special trip.
