Broadway Grill - Clarence-Rockland

My family goes to Broadway's for every get together, usually holidays/birthdays, and my kids go there a lot when grandma is babysitting. We went there for Father's Day and their air conditioner was not working. It was so hot (I felt very bad for the cooks/servers) anyways, it was too hot in there to enjoy a meal, and some of my family members even had to leave multiple times to step outside away from the heat; needless to say most of us did not eat much due to the heat. I was very disappointed, so I spoke with the manager. Even thought it was due to something out of their control we were compensated very generously. Amazing costumer service!! I would even say #1 in costumer service!! You guys did awesome...not only will we continue to visit this location, but we will always recommend it!! Thanks for making our situation better

This Broadway restaurant has it all! Great food, great service and great value for the money. The menu is fantastic with a twist of everything for every taste. Will keep coming back!!!

We went for breakfast and even though it was packed and we had to wait in a lineup for 10/15 mins it was worth it. Food was awesome and fast and price was great!

Just love this place! The food is always good and service friendly! Mike the owner really takes care of the clients. I recommend it without hesitation.
