Extremely rude and arrogant manager. While doing deliveries, I always leave the bag outside when I have more than one delivery at a time and for not disturbing the clients because is a huge bag. Today, the manager not only made me wait for 10 minutes but also refused to give me the delivery because she wanted to see the Uber bag, even though I showed her the phone order. There are numerous complaints about hygiene, mistakes in the order, and the quality of service in this place but The manager is busy harassing people who are just working and helping the business to make more profit. Is really sad how Frustrating people in life can really create a toxic environment and disturbing people for not reason.all negatives reviews in this page are about the Manager administration and not deliveries service.

I don’t often leave bad reviews but we are very regular grill’d customers and have been for years and this is possibly the worse burgers we’ve ever had. Seeing as burger prices aren’t cheap I can’t give this place any excuse for what we received. We ordered two Simon says chicken burgers tonight and the chicken was so offputting it seriously had the texture of . Wet sliced lettuce compacted into a thigh It honestly felt like it went straight from the freezer to the grill, so didn’t have the time to lose all the water and they also burnt it so it tasted like watery burnt charcoal in the grossest way possible. Both my partner and I had burnt chicken and burnt buns, and the fried chicken bites we ordered on the side were extra dry. Honestly will never order from ocean keys grill’d again, was almost enough to put me off the entire franchise We always go to carousel and in the city and it’s always been delicious, maybe train staff better to defrost chicken properly and not burn things?

Great place. Very modern and the service was outstanding. I ordered a burger and it was fresh and nicely presented. But for the prices I expected more from a burger like that. Normally great food but ordered and waited an hour to get the wrong food then when we got our food 20 minutes later one of the burgers was incorrect. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
