Avaliação da contribuiçãoWaited about 15 minutes before the woman on break outside finally realized that there was a line. She yelled inside that they needed orders to be taken. The car in front of us was serviced and then my husband and I continued to wait about 10-15 minutes after that man taking the orders asked us to wait a moment. There is always something going on at this location, whether it be poor service, slow service, staffing issues or simply not having food (once they didn't have buns). I hate to leave a negative review but this was insane.
Got order to go on July 5th. Ordered French toast had to wait for them to cook. Crew team leader waited on me and she bagged it up also. Got home it was over cooked, burnt not able to eat. You could look at it and see every piece was burnt on one side. Not a good example from a team leader. Shame on her
Food was cold the burgers were mushy, pretty much wasted $25
Went through the drive thru 6/11/24 around 8 pm spend 50 dollars and food was fresh and hot, service was fast and great customer service
Got ignored at the front desk for over 10 minutes when this burger King was very slow. Unless you have time to wait don't go here in the mornings.
