Wendy's - Clarksville

I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars mainly due to the wait time. The drive-thru took about 20 minutes before we could place our order, which might suggest they are understaffed. However, once we got our food, it was fresh and hot. They also took our pickle allergy very seriously. I just wish I had caught the name of the person who took our order. She had short hair, braces, and wore overalls—she was incredibly nice! She made sure to alert the kitchen staff about our allergy and mentioned that the cooks had switched out their gloves before preparing our food. My mother and I have severe allergies to all melons and cucumbers; it’s not just a simple dislike of pickles. Thankfully, we enjoyed our meal without any issues, so we really appreciate how seriously the staff treated our concerns!

The staff was extremely rude, and I won't be returning. I would prefer to drive to Wilma Rudolph, where the employees are much friendlier. You can count on me not coming back to the Fort Campbell Boulevard location.

I had a terrible experience at this Wendy's! The fries were fresh, but the burger was only lukewarm. We stopped there during our lunch break because it was the only location without a long line in the drive-thru. We called to complain about the food, and the odd manager told us to come back so they could redo our orders, but we were short on time! When we returned with our receipts, they claimed that no manager had ever said to do that. This will be our last visit to this location. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would!

I literally just came through drive thru, ordered and left. Once I get home and get ready to eat, I discover that every single thing I got is definitely not fully cooked!! Fries literally still frozen, like are you kidding me?! 3 meals and 22 bucks wasted.... this location never gets it right!!!

Wendy's is a great place to eat and I know they do their best but sometimes you run in to unfriendly staff but they watch and weed them out. Love the double burgers and frostys.Food: 5/5
