As we are vegetarian told them to change the gloves and they don’t like what I told them and when I told egg is fine in the sub for my daughter they smiled and talked with each other. It’s totally not good to misbehave in front of customers.It should be up to customers what they want but it’s very bad customer service.Never go again and not recommend seven oaks mall Subway.
The two women who assembled my sub sandwich were unfriendly, borderline rude. No eye contact, mumbled and needed them to repeat to understand them. Having to serve me seemed to be the last thing they wanted to do. 6 hour after my lunch experience I still feel mistreated and would likely not visit this site again. I see someone a month ago had a similar experience and these two employees are still serving customers. I hope my review assist management to correct the problem.
Good subs, never had a problem. Good service, Good people Cookies are amazing!
Order on their all today to get some late lunch, my mother had ordered a bacon, egg and cheese english muffin, we got our food half on later and she got a bacon, egg and cheese… salad… called them up and they tried to say she order a salad, after saying multiple times that we had our receipt saying that we got a English muffin and not a salad, the girl on the phone switched to saying it was a new girl who does salads that made it or something like that, I’m not even mad just baffled… like what?!
I guess this is the best subway I have ever visited to. The customer service was excellent, our order came perfect and accurate. I would like present my special thanks to harsh and Jaspreet, they did excellent job in answering my questions and smiled at the time of presenting my order.
