McDonald's - Cleburne

I enjoy McDonald's, but I consistently find that the buns and cheese are served cold. Additionally, there should be more emphasis on hand washing, wearing gloves while serving (especially with ice cream), changing gloves regularly when sweating or touching your face, improving the overall appearance, and providing better training and patience for new employees. Overall, there is room for improvement in managing these aspects of the restaurant.

Very few animals to see especially when its raining a lot or the weather gets too cold. Giraffes and white rhinos are often locked in due to the above scenarios. It remains very expensive for the 7 mile or so drive.

Rude. No please or thank you or welcome. Nasty food. They ALWAYS mess up the orders.

I strongly advise against dining at the Henderson location in Cleburne due to extremely poor service, food quality, and overall experience. My order was consistently incorrect and the staff refused to make it right. The management is very incompetent. I suggest avoiding this location or the Main Street location at all costs.

The staff at this restaurant is unprofessional and dishonest. Tonight, I was informed that they only accept cash and have chicken nuggets as the only available option. This is just one of the numerous problems I have encountered at this establishment over the past 6 months.
