Burger King - Cleveland

I’ve noticed that for quite some time now, whenever my food is served, the server tends to place their hand on top of the fries they pick up. I believe it would be beneficial to train the staff to serve without touching the food directly and to use gloves if necessary. I really enjoy dining here, and I hope this can be addressed.

In the drive-thru, they only take one order at a time. You place your order, and they don’t take the next one until you've pulled up and paid. Also, after you pay, they ask you to move to a parking spot.

The wait for my food was too long, and I noticed that the server picked up the fries with her hand right on top, without wearing gloves. I suggest they receive training on proper food handling to prevent this from happening. However, I do love the food!

In this establishment, they only take one order at a time. Once you place your order, they won't accept any other orders until you have paid. Additionally, after you pay, they kindly request that you move your vehicle to the parking lot.
