Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered to go. The food was good. Sone of better fried rice I have had. I sat outside and the patio was open for social parties. I will be back on my next visit to Cleveland.Food: 5/5
Food was good but expensive for fast casual dining. Some of it was uniquely presented, but otherwise lackluster. Service was great!! Server was thoughtful and more then helpful. Only caveat, no Ninja decor in Ninja City. It's all American superhero figurines. Kinda weird. Shouldn't they have Naruto or TMNT or something???? Seems exploitative. Would go again just to have a place to eat and hang out with friends more than anything.
The food is absolutely and consistently excellent. Wide selection of Asian-inspired fusion dishes and some “American” food. Menu includes noodle soups, pad Thai, fries and tots, stream buns, ramen, salads, burgers etc. Spring rolls are the best I’ve ever eaten. Full bar. Daily special dishes. Food portions are large. I dine there weekly. Highly recommended.
What happened ? $5 for tiny wings and $16.50 for tasteless pho. Pho should swim in broth, not water. Service was terrible. The waitress had no enthusiasm and never checked on me during my time there. I could see if it was crowded, but there were only the other customers dining. Very disappointed.
The french fries for two meals were completely smothered in pepper flavor so that one could taste nothing else but the pepper. The loaded french fry meal is way over priced for the amount of french fries that you get.The salads were good. The soups were good. However, the kitchen screwed up when taking my leftover soup placing it into a to-go container. something happened to about half of that soup because I didn’t end up with what i gave them to package. I only ended up with about half. I found some of the veggies and noodles and none of the shrimp that i know should have been in there. It was missing. Why? No idea. But basically that was half my meal that i didn’t get but paid for.
