Phở Thắng Café - Cleveland

I really need to be impressed to leave an assessment. This place is my new favorite! The food was delicious, the staff was patient, friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Portions were large and the prices were also very affordable. I can't wait to come back!!

Had lunch with a vegan friend. The food was freshly seasoned and came out in time. Certainly enjoyed me. It's hard to find it in an office building.

A firm, unfussy Vietnamese place in downtown Cleveland. The Pho is pretty good, and service at both the bar and the stands is wonderful. The atmosphere is quite cold, definitely feels like a family restaurant in the neighborhood, even if I could not ask.

Definitely one of my favorite popspots. I had the white meat chicken noodle and it was perfect. The house made chili paste is incredible. Susan was a great server and I will definitely be back.

Great Pho. Spring roll was excellent. Rice plate with Chicken was plenty of food for my wife and I.
