Red Lobster Parma - Cleveland

Great service. Nice waitress. She attend to our needs. Love it.

The waitress was wonderful. Bre... very accommodating yet still professional. The food was nice. However, portions have become significantly smaller for the prices.

The restaurant had a low staff count, so our server was juggling multiple tables, but another server stepped in to help. There was a bit of a wait between check-ins with our table, but it wasn't due to any mistakes on the server's part. The food was abundant, convenient, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Our table was situated away from others, allowing for the necessary social distancing while also creating a quieter atmosphere. The seafood was excellent, just as we expected.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Red Lobster, and she was particularly excited to try the new dish on the menu: shrimp with kung pao noodles. She had seen it online, which is why we decided to choose this restaurant. The meal was excellent!
