Shake Shack - Cleveland

Fantastic burger and so much more. I didn't find anything to complain to her eating or service. I wish they were more open in the week, but I understand. I love it and will continue.

Usually, great. But tonight/3/17, really not sure what happened? Paid for 2 12 oz. cups of chili and there was only 6 oz. per cup-half full?! Asked for crackers when we ordered and even after asking 2 more times with 2 different workers, never received a single pack of crackers. Very dissappointed.

The food is good service is good just the only complaint I have is there days of being closed are weird to me I would think resteraunt would want be open everyday to try attract business

Very tasty, the woman who took my order was very nice. Probably one of the best burgers I've had in awhile! Great prices. They could use one more person taking orders/running food during their lunch rush.

Nice roadside stop for a quick bite to eat. Hot dog with the slaw and chili is the way to go. Side of fried pickles isn't to bad either.
