Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe bbq is okay, but the customer service was amazing. they are patient and friendly. the restaurant and the toilets are nice and clean. I have commanded mine and I was in and out.
I was traveling through the area and stopped in for a meal to take to my hotel for the evening. There was only 1 employee working during the dinner time. That employee deserves a raise for the hussle he was putting in by himself. He was very nice and knew the place needed help because he apologized many times for the wait. When I was finally assisted in taking my order, I noticed a lot of the meats had just been left on the counter, not sure how long they had been out and if there is any issue with it, but didn't make me feel confident in the food. Once I got my order, I stepped over to the drink area, the forks were out and no lids for the bbq cups, and it was a mess. Once I arrived to my hotel and opened my ceasar salad, it was rotten. After all that, I took a few bites before deciding that it wasn't worth the risk of food poisoning to keep eating. I hope this was just a bad day for them, and not the normal.
We have tried on for separate occasions now and this particular establishment has just been TERRIBLE!!! The first time we went in was about a month and a half ago. Food was extremely greasy and tough. Really really dry to the point where my wife didn’t even want to finish or save anything. Changed it up to a bad night and decided to try again two weeks later. This time they were out of brisket and ribs. Went back Aug 30 and they were out of meat again! Came back tonight for a last chance and was turned away at the door because they were only accepting online orders. Couldn’t even go in and wait until it was ready. Was told they couldn’t process any orders because the register was down. It’s always something at this location. Needless back to say we took our business down the sidewalk to the new mountain Mike’s which recently opened the doors down. Can’t wait for someone to put a dagger in this place and hopefully get something that will actually serve food! On a side note- employee just came out and informed me that they barely have anything in the store. Owner didn’t pay bills and things are getting seized. Just trying to squeeze the last few dollars out of people. Feel bad for the employees. Hope they don’t get stiffed. .
This place used to be amazing but my husband and I went and was wildly disappointed. Beef brisket was cold. Actually all of our items were cold. Flavorless and dry. Will not be returning. Way over priced and food is not good. The place is very run down and ice cream machine is broken. That’s usually why we go.
This place is terrible. No wonder the Dickeys franchise as a whole is on the verge of going under. I've tried ordering delivery for lunch, dinner, and even dinning in at this place MULTIPLE times. My orders through Uber Eats or Doordash usually end up canceled by the drivers. And going in person takes FORVER! I wish Clovis would put a Famous Dave's on this side of town.
