El Pollo Loco - Clovis

Overpriced food, restaurant not very clean and defiantly no value. We ordered an 8 piece meal came with two sides the mash potatoes came with a small gravy and additional (tiny) sides were $4.19 None of the sides were filled up it was $40 in total. I had asked the manager for a little more gravy because the gravy was not filled up and we wanted to finish our potatoes. she said they are pre made sides(which is not true) and would have to pay more. I explained that it was not even full and just needed a very small amount she refused to help out in anyway and seemed as if she did not care not to mention the chicken was very small. Quality, service and cleanliness needs help we will not be back.

I'm first time here. I post it to get an attention and be the only one who got such a bad experience. This is a food industry and you guys cannot serve overcooked or dead broccoli. I added 2nd star because I was given a good stuff after, but the fact that you tried to serve a bad stuff does not deserve 3 star rating.

So much for fresh food advertising. My whole Chicken Avocado Burrito was filled mostly with cabbage and rotten avocados. If you are not capable of making a healthy food, don't advertise for it and more importantly do not serve a freaking rotten food... And ruin an good Sunday afternoon night out...

Rude! Customer service sucks! The manager is a real (expletive)! Never have certain items. Closes early! Super long wait time when ordering via drive-thru.

It's one of my favorite restaurants! I won to call Ashley for great customer service. I recommend that my Hispanic community come here. There are times that do not speak our own way Spanish. Thank you. Ashley goes on to the bright human day! Your Spanish is better than mines lol
