Waiters are very friendly and attentive, although, on our opinion, the restaurant is understaffed. We waited for our food for 45 50 minutes, and so do other people around. Be aware of that and don't come too hungry. Wine was ok, nothing special.
Delicious food. The service is ok, probably the waiter was busy to come to the downstair just for us so the waiting time was a bit longer and the food was served by the lady from the kitchen. Its a bit unprofessional for the prices.
Food and deserts are very good here, perfectly cooked. You don't have a lot of choices but there is something for everyone. Wine selection is good!
If you skim read through the other reviews you'll see that the vast majority of folks are on the same page with one thing: the service is terrible. You can't just have waiters smoke right outside the front door, literally in front of the customers. It's disrespectful. The wait time is enormous, and I'm not talking about the cook time, I'm talking about the time it takes for a waiter to literally notice you and engage with you. Once they do engage, they are unprofessional, lack knowledge when it comes to the menu items, never check up on you once they serve you the food, etc. Props to the chefs though, the food was amazing. We had steak with mashed potatoes, lemon risotto (seafood dish) and two desserts: a lava cake and a creme Brule and all of the items were delicious. I really hope they'll fix this whole service issue as this is a fine dining restaurant and it's completely unacceptable to have unprofessional, not knowledgeable staff around. It only ruins the experience.
Really cozy place with great food. We were with a group of 9, but the food didn't take too long to arrive. The staff is friendly and prices are not too bad. Would recommend eating here.
