Burger King - Coatesville

Was the first car and waited over 15 minutes to even have my order taken I understand it was late but even then I would have hoped they would check to see if anyone was there but nope after that I was done and just left this isn't the first time this has happened either

The place gets worse with every subsequent visit. The crew they had that was lightning fast is long gone and they are slow. If you're in a hurry you might as well forget it. I went for lunch today and ordered a double Whopper combo. Soon as I pull out my sandwich I can tell it's a Whopper junior. Hand it back and wait 2 minutes before I get the bag back. I'm already late so I leave, I'm down the road and pull out my sandwich to find out the guys just put a second junior party on the same whopper junior. I paid for a double Whopper, not the double junior! Oh, and if you think you can complain on their experience survey you are mistaken. I tried to take the survey on the back of the receipt but you need the store number which conveniently wasn't printed on the receipt. I went to their website and found the store, but again no store number listed. A few night ago we went for a shake and the order taker told us that they were out of the medium cups for the shakes and asked if we would take one in a small cup even though she would have to charge us for the medium size. Uh.... No? Give us two smalls, fill a large to where a medium would go, do anything other than try to give us less for the same price. So if you want to pay more for less, and you have time to kill, by all means stop by.

This Burger King is the absolute worst BK I have ever been too. No one in that building is capable of putting together your order. They will mess up your order every time. Guaranteed. If I was BK I would force this franchisee to shut down because they make every single BK look like a joke.

They didn't know the sandwich that I order every week. I asked for it with just cheese it came with everything BUT cheese. I do not eat onions yet loaded with onions. This burger king is always an issue. Wish i could get my 11 dollars back for a meal that went in the trash

I don't eat fast food often it's normally at stop by for the kids. It's not fast food. EVERY-TIME they make me pull forward and wait for the food I ordered even if there is no line. It gets one star bc it's the only way to post
