Brauhaus zu Coburg

Good food, nice service and good price. a nice, traditional restaurant in the old town of coburg.

On the first day in coburg we met this brewhouse as the only bar in the late afternoon. good choice of beer. allowed to sit on a reserved table, but politely informed that it was booked later....Return them back for another beer during our trip and decided to book for an evening meal. limited menu, but the whole food was really nice. they definitely go back to my next visit in coburg.

A fantastic selection of beer and this location produces all locally. pleasant staff in an open restaurant. the black bone was amazing with great cracking. the salmon also well received. worth a visit. they love the beer menu.

Besides being a little expensive, eating was great and filling. the pork shoulder was super crispy on the outside and fell from the bone on the inside. would come back with the red herb. very good location and the bathroom was very clean. if I could have a suggestion, maybe have a few more employees than just a work.

We have eaten here on many occasions my husband loves the pork knuckle! Although they say that they take credit cards be sure to have euros on hand. Their credit card machine (both portable and one at the counter) was unable to read multiple...cards that we tried to use.
