Avaliação da contribuiçãoAbsolutely horrible service . Ordered through mobile order for curbside pickup and sat outside for 30 minutes because I had a sick kid with me. Finally I go inside as I had called and no answer for one lady to tell me she didnt get my order. So I show her the receipt in my email and she said well I didnt get it like theres nothing she can do , so I ask to speak with a manager who tells me the order didnt go through. I show her my email saying it did and she argued with me. So I bring up my bank showing I was charged and she still continues to say well we didnt get it , it didnt go through. She was SUPER rude and had so much attitude towards me mean while I paid and just want my food for my kids. When she finally put it through to make it they then spent an extra 15 mins making me wait in the store with my kid. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness or horrible customer service. Will be taking it up with corporate
I ordered a big Mac combi though the app with my points. I was on my way to work. Started eating on the way. Take a couple bites of the burger, it tasted... Odd No patties. 2 patties in this burger, and it was missing both. Not the first time I've been disappointed by this location
We don't frequent McDonald's, but this one is close to home, and sometimes you need a quick meal. We've been maybe 6 times in the last 9 months and every time there is food missing or no straws. Today the burger I ordered had no condiments no ketchup, mayo or mustard and a moldy brown leaf of lettuce. Don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. The staff have always been friendly.
Waited over 7 minutes in the drive through for 2 McChicken meals and both burgers had not lettuce. Horrible service. This is one of the slowest and poorly managed McDonalds
We stopped for fuel at the shell next to this McDonalds. My hubby was hungry so he ordered some food. As we waited, Michelle, the manager came out and spoke to us, letting us know the food would be a couple minutes. She gave our daughter a coloring package and asked if she could give her a mini cone. I heard her referring to customers as m'am and sir and I was so impressed with her professionalism and clear passion and dedication to her job. The place was clean, the customer service was incredible and the food was hot and fresh. Totally blown away with this place and a little bit of faith in customer service was restored. My daughter even got a red balloon! Pit stop win!
