Mcdonald's - Cocoa

Sierra took care of our order and is the reason we will be returning. She is an incredible person and very skilled at her job. McDonald's should do whatever it takes to keep her, as she prioritizes customer satisfaction. Excellent service, just outstanding.

The food was delicious and fresh. They were generous with the sauce, which is uncommon in my experience. Normally, I only get a small amount of sauce on my fish sandwich, but they put the perfect amount. It may not seem like a big deal, but it really enhances the flavor. The food was also served warm and packaged well. Thank you!

I frequent this McDonald's location often, and it is the best one for miles around. Whether I visit the drive-thru or go inside to order through the mobile app for delivery, I always receive excellent service. The manager, who I assume is the one who answers the phone, is always very accommodating when I ask if my guava pies can be made fresh. The kindness of the employees here is something I greatly appreciate.

The coffee at this restaurant is consistently delicious. However, the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. When management needs to correct staff members, they should do so privately in the back rather than making the employee feel uncomfortable or causing them to cry in front of customers. It also appears that they tend to focus their criticisms on the person who is working the hardest, which is unfair.

We arrived late and had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The order was correct, quick, and extremely fresh! After having many negative experiences at other McDonald's locations in recent years, it was a pleasant surprise to find a place that got it right. Well done!
