We're often going to eat at the toscane. it is a small codognan restaurant where it is best to book to have room. On noon, dish of the day with half pizza and salad garnished dessert. The pizza dough is made by the boss and are served more than well garnished and very large. the few negative opinions are given by jealous competition or frustrated ones who have never tasted the pizzas of the toscane. I'm always advising you to enjoy yourself with the best pizzas on the gard, even if you have to make 100 kilometers to eat them.
Real flavors at the rendezvous. Low expectations, possible order, quick . quality ingredients that are found in the tasting of dishes. Nothing to say if it's perfect!
Disappointed with the service (pizzas has to carry) very late tonight (30 min), a little organisational concern. The waitress still offers us a drink to wait. the dough is very good but the filling, even if it is fresh, remains coarse (I found slices of raw ham, for example, too thick). go, make an effort of organization and finesse, it will certainly be better :-)
Discovered on the advice of an Italian friend, you will find here the best "gastronomic pizzas of the region." there is a small room and another restaurant in the village, but here I am accustomed to order and now to have me delivered to the village next to free. Fresh garnish (tomate, rocket, balsamic to truffles). is added at the last moment not to be cooked. the dough is crispy to desired (made with Italian organic flour). Pizzas are elaborated here with delicacy and they are always excellent. no excessive cheese drip here, the quality ingredients are respected. always delivery in time and lunch checks accepted.
