Muffin Break Coffs Central

On Monday 23rd 2023, My son and I and my mother were served by the most rude staff I have ever met she spoke to us rudely, while taking our orders and speaking to us very disrespectful especially with my son who has a disability and then also to my mother telling her no I am taking the orders together and then doing the payments, I have never been served like that before at this muffin break before I wouldn’t come back here again I find that the one out at Coffs Harbour plaza is much better and has more better service and polite staff. She should not be working with an attitude like that. That was disgusting service. She should be sacked. The coffee and food was good.

Reheated quiche in the microwave on a cardboard plate because we are short staffed closing soon doesn’t cut it.

I ordered online when my friend was having a bad day and sent her muffins and a cuppa. It's a great way to make someone feel better. And the team at muffin break Coffs Central were so helpful and the treats were fantastic. Thankyou thankyou thankyou

They’re pretty good with their coffee and their muffins are top notch but I’ve had a particular experience of getting toasties to the point of specifically saying “ham and cheese toasty, with no tomato”. Three different times I’ve said it and without fail they put tomato on it.
