Pour Coffee Bagel Co. - COHASSET

I just visited for the first time today. I'm a bit reluctant to give a full five stars since I've only been once, but my salt bagel with veggie cream cheese and iced tea were excellent. I'm looking forward to trying the breakfast sandwich tomorrow. The service was quick and friendly as well. We really needed this place, especially since DD has been awful lately!

The coffee here is terrible—it's like they use flavor crystals. Be sure to check your sandwiches because the paper separating the cheese is often left on. The staff is quite young and seems to lack experience, possibly due to the owner's constant hovering and micromanaging, although he is a nice guy. It's also puzzling that they struggle to put sandwiches in bags, while everything else comes packaged. On the plus side, the staff is polite, friendly, and reasonably attentive, though they do tend to get distracted by their phones. The interior is cramped since it's shared with a gas station, so it's best to use the drive-thru, which is surprisingly quick. Overall, with a few minor adjustments, this place could easily earn four stars.

At the end of our order, we realized that there was only one everything bagel when we had both ordered one. We caught the mistake before the kitchen noticed, but the staff seemed annoyed when we requested to change one of the bagels to poppy seed. We were simply trying to make do with what was available, which it appeared was going to happen regardless. Additionally, they were taking orders for cold brew coffee, but we were later informed that they had run out—and yet they still charged us for it. I might consider trying another location in the future, hoping for a better experience.

Owner is a total jerk! Hanover location i work next door to them. My daughter 's car has been hit twice in the parking lot in front of office!! She has over a thousand dollars of damage!! I put up Please Slow Down signs yesterday and he said they were bad for his business and this morning all 4 are gone!! REALLY?!?! I 'm the biggest supporter of independent business but he is just out for the dollar!!

The coffee here is excellent, and the raspberry mocha is a delightful treat. Food rating: 5/5.
