They are from Veracruz (and hence the name Los Jarochos), and they bring Mexican street food AUTHENTICALLY to Kansas, rather than the US TexMex version that is painfully common. The sopes at Los Jarochos are quite good, and the tacos al pastor are not at all bad. More than anything, though, the owners are nice people, and are genuinely interested in assuring that their customers are well fed and happy.

The owner, who was working at the time, was extremely kind. The food was fantastic, especially the meat mixture that includes all meats. Make sure to add it to whatever you order - you won't be disappointed. We are glad we stopped by. The food truck is now yellow with no signage, but it is still located in the same spot with a large parking lot. We had no trouble getting our motorcoach in and out.
