The Tap - College Station

The Tap is my go-to spot for Bingo and Karaoke Night on Mondays! While the food options are not extensive (I usually just get the Pulled Pork Fries and Nachos), the atmosphere, staff, and overall vibe are fantastic. I highly recommend it for a fun night out, a first date, or just to unwind. See you next Monday!

One of the best long rods in CS! Great room and terrace. Music, drinks and food. Great property and legendary.

The bar was fantastic, with attentive staff. The bartenders were quick and friendly, providing exactly what you would expect from your neighborhood spot.

Attended Trivia Tournament there today. Our table ordered food and we tipped well.To say the service was subpar would be a gross understatement. The staff was consistently unhelpful and downright hostile. I asked the gentleman who brought me my burger to please check on my Diet Coke I had yet to receive. He curtly replied, “I’m not a server”, turned on his heels and stormed off. I have multiple other examples of their rude behavior but I won’t list them here; you get the idea. Regarding the food, the fries were good, but the nachos were not prepared as ordered and the cheese was not even melted. The place is clearly poorly managed and the staff is not trained on how to treat the public.

A former student revisiting College Station after 36 years. Do not bother stopping here to eat. $8.00 for a single taco is outrageous, you should at least get two for that price. I typically like to wish everyone the best, but I cannot do so for this restaurant.
