Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe food here is pretty good. Staff is very quiet and seem to be more to-the-point type. From order to getting your food is usually pretty quick. You may need to wait a few minutes, but that's usually because it's made to order. Right on campus, but not many college kids come through I've noticed.
I seriously love Yaku. For the price you get way more than enough food. I usually get the chicken fried rice or the fried ramen with extra teriyaki sauce and there's literally enough food per entree to feed three people. When I just buy for myself I always have leftovers. As a fast food restaurant, I prefer Yaku over places like Pei Wei and Panda Express. More bang for your buck, great customer service, and the food tastes AMAZING. I always recommend this place. Five stars!
I tried this restaurant today and it wasn't bad. I really liked the decorations and set up of the tables, so the ambiance was great. However, my ramen was just...okay. For $7 it wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I took it home since I was running a little late today and was excited to eat it when I go there. It was a little disappointing as the noodles were stuck together and the vegetables tasted a little odd, but the broth and the pork were actually really great. I wish the noodles would have picked up a little more flavor since they were a little bland, but it filled me up. I will definitely be going back in a few weeks to try the rice and other meals as I believe one meal shouldn't put a person off the restaurant unless it was absolutely terrible. Congratulations on opening!
I actually came in on the first opening. I will be honest, their ramen was plain and lacked a lot of favor. Unlike their fried noodles/rice, it provided so much more. I felt discourage in coming back, though. It's been almost a year or more, my friend wanted to take me back. And let me tell you, they improved a lot from before. They had changes that were necessary and they delivered it well. I actually can taste the broth in the soup! I ended up coming back the next week, same output. On that come back, I met the owner's and they are determine for new things. In my opinion, the pricing is decent since it matches up to par with their food now. I would give a 5 star, but I'm not sure if I was just lucky the last two times. If they keep up with their quality from my visits, they have a value customer then. Definitely worth a try.
I stop her frequently for lunch. The fried chicken noodles are delicious. They have a limited menu, but all the offerings I have tried so far are very good. The small menu keeps wait times down so you can be in and out and back to school or work in a timely manner
