I had only the best arancini I have ever tried (in Sicily/Italy/UK). the dame behind the theke (perhaps benedetta himself was very kind to explain the various fillings to me, as well as to describe what a pepito is (my daughter had filled this ham and mozzarella. fried brotrolle.) she was very helpful and friendly and even if the load was to close for hersta time, she kept it open so that we enjoyed our lunch and dessert. dessert was a selection of tasty pasticcini (small baked) filled with ricotta, custard, chocolate mousse among others aromen.) the shop is really tasty, definitely visit when they stay close to collesano. it also had a beautiful shaded esszone outside, which was a welcome relief from the heat.
