Tio Carlos Mex-latin - Colleyville

Usually you love this place. Today was the exception of the normal. The waiter was terrible! My family was quickly greeted and so quickly sitting. We ordered drinks, except my wife has them. We waited and waited and watched the server help the 3 other tables. Then he disappeared for a while. I finally got up and went to the bar to ask for her drink. Then about 2 to 3 minutes later the waiter came back with the drink. He apologized for the delay. I gave him the advantage of doubt, but that only brought more disappointment. I always looked around the table to the left, the two played on their phones, the others looked like he was sleeping. I thought they were waiting for the food and waiter. No good sign! I'm just gonna talk it up to a bad day. The food was good, only the waiter was overwhelmed by the four tables he had.

Love this place! Casual drinks at an affordable price. All I ordered was excellent. I also love the free chips salsa, which a bean dip on request and is great.
