901 Wings Collierville

I arrived during the lunch hour and noticed that only two tables were occupied. Most of the other tables still had their chairs turned upside down, as restaurants often do before closing, which made it seem like they were closed. However, I was informed that they were open. Although the food was served hot, it took longer than I expected considering the lack of customers. My main complaint was that the burger patty was slightly larger than a golf ball and didn’t fully cover the bun. On a positive note, the burger was generously topped with a variety of condiments.

The chicken tenders and chicken salad are incredibly delicious and quite satisfying; you can't beat them!

It took some time to get our food, but it was made fresh to order. I had the turkey burger and seasoned fries, both of which were fantastic! My husband ordered the honey gold wings, and he said they were delicious. The kids had chicken tenders and a cheeseburger, and they both finished their meals, so they must have enjoyed it too! As for kid-friendliness, they had a kids' menu and Kool-Aid, which was a nice touch!

I drove over from having horrible service at Wing Guru to the other wing establishment nearby which was 901 wings. Both places, both bad results. There was a group of people waiting on an order in front of me, which came out wrong several time. This should 've been my 1st warning. The window to the kitchen has wooden blinds that were shut so no one could see into the kitchen. After waiting several minutes with no one out front, my order was on eventually taken. I waited for over 35 minutes and then walked over to the kitchen door to see two women working on their kitchen equipment. One of the women told me that the fryer had gone out . I asked for a refund which took several more minutes. The two people behind me asked for a refund as well. Both The Wing Guru and 901 Wings DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I believe they should both be shut down!

Kid-friendliness: The worst costumer service I've ever dealt with. Collierville deserves better. I might as well should have been in the hood.
