Bert's Chuck Wagon - Collinsville

Love this place!!!! I grew up eating here all the time. Roger is the best guy you could meet. He's so friendly and knows everybody!!!!??????

Been going there since I was a kid. Love the tacos. And Rodger the owner is great.

I love this place! I always make a point to stop here on roadtrips. It's got awesomely cheap food for how good it is. The portions aren't big but I love that because you can order two or three different things to try for a meal and I love variety. The mexican food reminds reminds me of Tex Mex from back home and the bbq is really good. I had the beef enchilada, Tamale with Chili, and have tried the brisket sandwich in past. All are super good! Tables are good for small or large parties. Staff are friendly and efficient. AND it's attatched to a really good coffee shop for dessert. I mean, could it get any better??

They are always consistent in Everything. And if you pay with Cash you get a little discount ?

Love me some Chuck Wagon!! Great food, good prices, always fresh and quality!! Anytime I'm passing through Collinsville, I stop at Bert's!! I grew up behind the Chuck Wagon in Fairview Height's, so it's a staple of my childhood. They have most of the same menu items plus a lot more options. So it's always a winner in my book.
