Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was a bit surprised that the drink didn't look like what I expected from the menu. It turned out to be chunks of watermelon with coconut milk, which wasn't quite what I had in mind. I thought it would be more like a slush or watermelon juice. However, I still gave it a try and decided to keep it. The staff were really friendly, even though they were busy, which I appreciated! Overall, I'd give this drink about a 1/5, especially for the $9 price tag.
Yi Fang in Colma not only excels in providing efficient service and delightful beverages but also offers a unique ambiance tailored for the grab-and-go experience. During my visit, I chose the large red bean purple rice milk tea, and despite a line of customers at the door, the ordering process was remarkably swift. The absence of seating space indicated a clear focus on quick service, encouraging patrons to grab their favorite drinks and continue with their day. Multiple staff members worked seamlessly behind the counter, creating an atmosphere of organized hustle. The lack of seating, while limiting for those seeking a cozy spot, enhances the overall efficiency and caters to the establishment's grab-and-go concept. Although the $8 price for a large drink may seem steep, the quality of the red bean purple rice milk tea provided a sensory delight. The aromatic blend of flavors complemented the on-the-go vibe, making it a satisfying treat for those with busy schedules. While Yi Fang may not offer a sit-down experience, its intentional design caters to a fast-paced lifestyle without compromising on taste or service quality. It's a place for those who appreciate a quick, flavorful beverage on the move, and I'm looking forward to returning to explore more of their menu in this unique and bustling setting.
Yifang is a great place to go if you're lactose intolerant, since they're known for their fruit teas! They don't have indoor seating at this location, so it's mostly for takeout, and there's a tablet for you to order. The drink I got, the yakult passion fruit green tea, ended up being just a bit too sour for me, and even at 50% sweetness, it feels very sweet.
Removing one star 12/9/23 8:00 PM This evening, I placed an online order. When my order was ready, a smug employee slid four drinks towards me, slammed the straws on top and said there you go I politely asked if there was an easier way to carry the four drinks, since they normally bag them. He flipped over two drinks, stacked them and said that 's how , sarcastically. Drinks were still good. Some employees need a refresher in customer service. Ambiance was the same as usual and they weren 't even busy.
My go to is the fruit tea since I'm lactose intolerant.. the fruit tea always hits the spot whenever I'm craving for something refreshing and somewhat healthy lol. It contains bits of pineapple bits, passion fruit seeds, apples slices and orange slices. Not sure what tea they use, but it's a great combo. Hits the spot every time ; I don't usually add any toppings since there's already a bunch of fruits in there. At the end I like to open up the seal and eat the fruits, cuz why not? Overall, one of my go to spots for boba, great location for when I'm running errands!
