Botanik Bistro - Colombo

During the recent high-time ceremony we celebrated at this venue and we were charged more than 6000 r per person. there were obviously signs for a bad organization and lack of service during the event. while many couples and families remained without food, we had to. with them to serve us. despite only a small number of people, the quality and quantity of food were shocking. in spite of repeated requests for appropriate management support, there was no answer. there was a lot of disappointment, as some of our family members who were not well removed and were on the move from far away with transport difficulties went without food. some small children tell us that we were not served at all was pathetic. the administration of this restaurant should take immediate measures to remedy unfortunate problems such as those we have taken. it is important to remember that people pay a large sum of money that expects a satisfactory service, especially during such an estimated opportunity. Botanik lies behind the Dutch hospital. a slightly quirky access by not clearing the entry immediately. with the lift you can reach the spacious restaurant. the personal is attentive. the menu is not extensive, but that means that they know that everything is costed from ground to ground. the food was cooked and presented. the bar allows a fantastic dach view of colombo next door. a visit worth! highly recommended.

Location is beautiful when they find it. it is located on the dach of the fairway colombo hotel. Now, the interieur becomes a bit old and the music was too loud to even talk to each other. eating and drinks were good.

Good atmosphere, nice view and tasty food... But portion way to small for the price you pay Also there are some extra taxes, like service charges, VAT and another one you and up with unpleasant surprise in the end Just go for drinks! Eat before or after If you still choose to eat, ask before if it's spicy

Way over priced drinks I had a long Island for bucks and it tastes so so mediocre. I can make better drinks at home.
