Visted this iconic place just today with an old friend of mime since it has been a place we visited long time back as well. The serving staff was simply amazing, very friendly, courteous and professional at the same time. The food was quite good too even though they did not have a few choices we wanted to order. It was not a big issue since the dishes we ordered were simply delicious ! However , a few minutes after leaving the place, I realised that I did not have my phome witn me so I immediately went back to Coco Varanda since that was the last place we were. The staff was so helpful ! They were understanding and did everything to help me to find the phone. It took a few minutes to make some calls and there werent many customers. Thisbis when the owner lady came out with an attitude and tild me tat none of the staff took the phone. I was amazed at her weird approach since I never implied that it was taken by the staff, I just wanted some help to find the phone. This lady further told me to leave the shop since they have done everything they can to help me, when I asked to make a call to my phone to see if someone answers. I just jad to make sure it is done as soon as possible since if someone switches it off or resets it, I will not be able to find it. She kept telling me to leave the shop and I told that I was surprised to see the reaction of a lady towards another girl. She should not have been so rude to ANYONE like that for that matter but it was so obvious that I was helpless there with no help since my friend also had left. Her point was that the staff was not allowed to use the phone during work! I failed to understand her logic. While it is unprofessional to use the phone during work, helping a customer who was helpless does not fall into this category as I understand. I give 5stars to the outstanding serving staff who helped me despite her despicable attitude ! I do not reccomend the place because we do not go to well recognized place just for food. One negative experience like this can make one forget how amazing how great the food was. If you decide to go, make sure you do not lose anything and avoid that horrible lady owner somehow! Lol

I have been a loyal customer since they first opened. The food is absolutely delicious and they are always made with fresh and quality ingredients. The chili paneer burger I ordered today was out of this world. And the vegetable Thai green curry is also drool worthy. I will be definitely ordering often. Keep up the good work !

The food is a bit pricey nevertheless the food was good. The staff was friendly and a great place to work from when theres a full day power cut
