Panera Bread - Colorado Springs

The staff at this restaurant is friendly, the food tastes good, and the portion sizes are generous. This location tends to get crowded, making it a challenge to find a table, but we managed to secure one. Due to the high number of customers, the staff struggled to keep up with cleaning, resulting in a pile-up of dishes near the trash. However, I understand that they may be understaffed and don't hold it against them. Despite these issues, I would return because the staff was excellent.

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff member John who took my order was very friendly. The place was clean and roomy, with lots of private seating areas. Even though I only ordered a latte, it was delicious!

I really enjoyed this Panera Bread. It was quite crowded on a Thursday afternoon. The cashier seemed to be a young employee, likely on his first day. We ordered breakfast, even though breakfast hours were over, but he still took our order. The manager later apologized, replaced our breakfast with another item, and even gave us an extra souffle, all while being very friendly. It seems like many people are regulars here, giving it a cozy, small-town atmosphere.

Tried out the group ordering for lunch for a bridal party. Worked out great. Everyone got what they wanted and our order was correct. I was impressed. Great experience.

What a great manager mr. benjamin ford! efficient, friendly, intelligent, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, quiet and under pressure, overwhelmed workers during the rush times, personable and generous to help. always! the chicken soup here has become a family tradition. we want them to bring back the potato soup, but we want them to thrive. many thanks for all that heart ford!
