Red Lobster Colorado Springs New Center

I made open table for 3 seats to lunch. When I entered, I mentioned my priority seats and the host mentioned my name, which means she expected me. everything after that was also excellent; eating (endless garnel), and especially the service!

Service was absolutely terrible. the waiter used the excuse that he was new and forgot several articles, the first two courses of the 3 course had not brought out someone had ordered, we had to ask three times for strohhalmen and still haven't brought enough for everyone, an additional order of garnelen scampi had to be asked three times before we just gave up, and when we asked to order more drinks, we thought that dreadful experience in total, could not even enjoy our meal, as we were too busy waiting for our waiter to come back with the requested / ordered items n

Wings for endless garnels. Eat tasted great, service was even better! teddy has made an excellent job and its service was a 11 out of 10! very satisfied with our culinary experience and we will come back soon!

Was ingenious (especially kokos garnel and atlantic salmon), and our server teddy was great!

Trash. Steak was well done when I asked for medium rare. Green beans were mushy. Mashed potatoes had awful texture. Two of my other guests had the same issues. Waitress only checked in on my table one time. Had to ask other waiters for service. Just overall was a terrible experience.
