Firehouse Subs Forest Dr. - Columbia

My first experience here due to staff was VERY unpleasant. I would never have went back but my boss wanted lunch there today so I went to pick it up. The lady at the counter named Blue completely changed my mind and I would love to come there as long as the staff is like her. Friendly and bright and truly takes care of customers. Thank you for a better experience here!

The salad was fresh and crunchy. The sub was generously packed with plenty of meat, cheese, and vegetables. The staff was considerate, friendly, and incredibly helpful. This has become our favorite spot for subs and salads.

I ordered two subs and two cookies, and when I asked the lady if the cookies were included in the bag, she assured me they were. However, when I got home, I found there were no cookies. I called back to discuss the issue with her, but she seemed indifferent. I then spoke with the manager, who didn't seem to care either. I will not be returning to this Firehouse Subs again due to their terrible customer service.
